How Much Does Shipping Cost? Shipping is free for orders $50 or more. Orders under $50 are $4.99 for shipping.

Processing Time As soon as we receive your order, we process your item within 2-3 business days, including production time since most products are made to order.

Estimated Delivery Once the order is processed, we will send tracking information to the email used during the purchase. Delivery may take approximately 4-5 days.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at info@warmembracegifts.com. If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the original purchase date, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

Returns and Refund Guarantee For items received that are not as described in our listing and for defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item as soon as possible. All returns must be in their original packaging and condition and made within 30 days of the delivery date.
