Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on orders of $50 or more.

Orders below $50 have a $4.99 shipping charge.

Processing Time

Most products are made to order. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, including production.

Estimated Delivery

Once your order has been processed, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Estimated delivery is approximately 4–5 days after processing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team.

If your order has not arrived within 60 days of the original purchase date, contact us to request a full refund. This provision excludes delivery issues caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout or a missed delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

Warm Embrace Gifts accepts eligible returns within 30 days of delivery, including:

• Defective or damaged products

• Products that do not match their descriptions

• Non-defective products, including made-to-order t-shirts

Non-defective returns must be in their original condition and packaging.

We provide prepaid return labels, and return shipping is free for eligible returns.

To begin a return, email info@warmembracegifts.com with your name, order number, and reason for the return.

Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and processed.
